Aim to keep your total sodium intake at or below 2,500 milligrams per day.
Also foods such as beans and dairy for some can be hard to digest.

Drink more water.
Water is a simple and effective way to get off the weight loss plateau.
Water not only aids in the burning of body fat, it also flushes toxins out of the body and these toxins can act as barriers to weight loss.

Aim to drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water each day.

Drop the useless calories.
