Hi. My name is Syd Marshal with SushiSydo Catering. Today, we're at the kitchen of Covivial and this is how to make taco dip with lettuce, shredded cheese and black olives. Start with our bowl and we're going to take and add a little shredded iceberg lettuce, make a nice bed down at the bottom. Next we're going to layer on some sour cream on top of the lettuce, spread that around, sew it up really nice. Then I'm actually to take a little bit of taco seasoning, put that right on top of the cream cheese. Then we'll add a little shredded cheese. We're doing a mix of cheddar and Monterrey Jack, then we'll do a little of some chopped tomato, a little black beans, a little bit more there. Do some taco meat, this is making a really nice layered. We'll do a little bit of a green salsa on top of the ground beef. We will add a few of green chilies, a few black olives, and we'll do one more little dollop of sour cream on the top. And then serve with tortilla chips. And there you have a taco dip with lettuce, shredded cheese and black olive.
