I watched television the other night and there was a gentleman who one year ago weighed in at 35 stone.
Now amazingly he weighs 14 stone in the space of one year in costs over 20 stone in weight without any surgery without all the fancy diet pills and by simply using willpower, determination, exercise, not drinking and started to eat in a regular fashion he was able to do this.
Sometimes it is mind over matter but you need to have a plan and that's exactly the kind of lost 20 stone at was a plan and a determination to achieve his goal.
