- 1). Measure the interior of your corner cabinet. Purchase the appropriate Lazy Susan kit. The trays should have a 1-inch clearance inside the cabinet.
- 2). Remove the paper template from the kit and place in the bottom of the corner cabinet. Align the template with the front of the corner cabinet in the center.
- 3). Drill four 1/16-inch pilot holes into the bottom of the cabinet through the template. Repeat this on the top of the corner cabinet.
- 4). Attach the mounting plates to the bottom and top of the corner cabinet. Insert the provided screws into the 1/16-inch pilot holes. Fasten each mounting plate with four screws. Secure the mounting plates using a power drill.
- 5). Insert the bearing hubs provided with the kit into the bottom of the Lazy Susan trays. The bearing hub is the part that attaches the trays to the rod.
- 6). Place the rod and trays into the corner cabinet. It may be awkward getting both trays into the cabinet. Place the rod through both Lazy Susan trays while inside the cabinet.
- 7). Attach one end of the rod on the bottom mounting plate. Fasten it to the plate by inserting the round bearing pin included with the kit. Extend the top portion of the rod by pulling it up to the top mounting plate. Tighten the adjustment screw on the rod to secure the two sections of rod together.
- 8). Lift the top Lazy Susan tray up and insert the remaining bearing clip into the desired position. The Lazy Susan rod has multiple holes for the bearing pin to be installed. Install the tray in a convenient location.
- 9). Rotate the shelves. They should turn smoothly.
