Penis enlargement exercises are performed by millions of guys all around the world every day.

1) Do Kegels in your spare time - Although i would never condone over-training as this is the fastest way to injury, i have found that by adding a few kegel exercises throughout the day has worked wonders for me.
The kegel involves you contracting your PC muscle.
This is the exact same muscle you tense to stop yourself from urinating.
I perform numerous kegels throughout the day.
This involves tensing the PC muscle for 10-15 seconds at a time and then relaxing.
This is a completely discreet exercise and no-one should ever know you are performing it.
Practice kegels while sitting at your desk, while standing in the elevator or while talking to colleagues at work.
You could even practice this exercise every time you need a bathroom break.
Simply stop yourself urinating on 2-3 occasions every time you visit the bathroom.
2) In your first month, do a little bit more everyday - When you are completely new to exercising to increase your penis size naturally you will have to increase your intensity at regular intervals.
Penis enlargement exercises are just like training any other body part.
If you don't make it harder, your muscles have no chance of getting bigger.
The most popular exercise is the jelq.
In the first month, most reputable exercise programs will tell you to start off with 100-200 jelqs in your first week.
Then add a 100 additional jelqs each week until you are doing 500 a day.
I personally found this rather tough, so i just added 15-20 additional jelqs everyday, rather than adding 100 at the end of the week.
My penis became accustomed to the exercises quicker and therefore my gains were far better.
3) 2 days on, 1 day off - Many guys often ask how often they should be performing penis enlargement exercises.
I guess training your penis is very much like training your body.
The more regularly you do it, the easier it becomes.
However, to start off with you may find exercising extremely tough.
I would suggest it is best to stick to 4-5 days a week in your first couple of months of using penis enlargement exercises.
This gives your manhood adequate time to rest and recover, while also ensuring that you regularly work-out.
I have found that training 2 days in a row and then having a day off has worked the best for me.
If you wish to increase your penis size naturally through exercise, you will have to learn to judge the difference between over training and not doing enough!
