Enable an Aero Theme

• 1). Click on the "Start" button, then "Control Panel."
  
  
• 2). Click on "Appearance and Personalization," then "Personalize."
  
  
• 3). Click on any of the Aero themes.
  
  

Start the Themes Service

• 1). Click on the "Start" button, then right-click "Computer" and select "Manage."
  
  
• 2). Select the node "Services and Applications/Services."
  
  
• 3). Right-click on the "Themes" service. Select "Properties," then set the "Startup type" to "Automatic." Click "Start," then "OK."
