When a 9-year-old girl from Texas wrote to Santa, she wished for a relative to stop molesting her -- and that lead to the arrest of Andres Enrique Cantu.

In early December of 2008, Pharr police arrested the 55-year-old. The girl's letter was written at Cesar Chaves Elementary School, where it caught the eye of school officials.
