Ensure that your shoes maintain proper padding to prevent muscle wear. Stretch well before engaging in rigorous physical activity. Maintain a healthy diet and ensure that you are receiving an adequate amount of vitamins like calcium, protein and omega oils. These strengthen muscles and bones and may help prevent future injury.
- Be sure to stick to the recommended dose when taking high-level painkillers. These can become addictive if used improperly. Under no circumstances should you attempt to apply unnecessary pressure or force to a muscle, bone or limb with chronic pain. Doing so may result in further damage and prolonged discomfort.
