- 1). Click "Start," then "Control Panel."
- 2). Double-click on the "Regional and Language Options" icon. If you cannot see this icon, click on the "Switch to Classic View" link in the left pane to view all Control Panel icons.
- 3). Click on the "Languages" tab.
- 4). Click on the check boxes next to the two options ("Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (including Thai)" and "Install files for East Asian languages") under the "Supplemental Language Support" section.
- 5). Click on "Apply." Depending on your specific operating system and its configuration, you might have to insert your original Windows CD-ROM at this point. If that is the case, insert the CD-ROM in your CD drive and follow the instructions.
