This provides the best path to cure problems and provide positive vibes that are read out by the therapist during the treatment. The end result is that, the person who has undergone the treatment will be able to sense the change and also feel the difference in his attitude. The different suggestions that are provided by therapist are as follows:
1. Ideaomotor suggestion:
This is the simplest form of suggestion used by a therapist. Example: "raise your leg". This is to see and judge how deep a person has been into hypnotism.
2. Perceptual suggestions:
Perceptual suggestions are targeted at the subject's visual and sensual feelings controlled by the brain. This is used to improve the touch and feel senses. They are used to control the visual effects and make the subject go deep into hypnosis.
3. Complex suggestions:
This is the difficult part as the subject will be taken either into the past or future depending on the problem he or she faces. For example, "you are now 10 years old".
Now that you have understood the different suggestions, it is time that you experience the treatment personally in order to get the answer to the question "does hypnosis work?"
