- 1). Rinse the hardwood furniture thoroughly with a garden hose to remove dirt, leaves, debris or cobwebs.
- 2). Fill a bucket with 1 gallon of warm water, and add 5 tbsp. of dish detergent and 1 tbsp. of bleach.
- 3). Dip a scrub brush or sponge into the soapy water, and clean the hardwood furniture starting at the top. Work your way down the furniture, rinsing the brush or sponge as needed.
- 4). Rinse the furniture with a garden hose to remove any detergent residue, and allow it to air dry.
