Dayton G73 Electric Heater Review

The Dayton G73 Electric Shop Heater makes a great addition to garages, shops and any other large area that requires additional heat.
The temperatures in these areas are often times much colder because of their lower insulation ratings, and more direct exposure to the elements.
This electric heater solves this problem by efficiently, and safely warming these areas, while also coming with an extensive list of great features as well.
I purchased a Dayton heater for my garage, and I could not be happier with results.
Prior to installing the unit, my garage was always very cold, which made it difficult to do work in the area for an extended period of time.
This model is rated at 17,000 BTUs and will heat an area up to 500 sq ft.
I mounted mine on the ceiling with the included bracings, and because of the dual air flow system, my garage heats up very quickly.
The Dayton G73 is designed with both a vertical and horizontal air flow system which allows for very even, and efficient heating.
The heater has a temperature range of 40 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit, so you'll be sure to stay warm on even the coldest of days.
Safety and energy efficiency were two major factors that I took into consideration when deciding on the right garage heater, and the Dayton really excelled in both.
The unit has an internal thermostat and a safety power cutoff feature that will automatically turn the unit off if it begins to overheat.
There is also much less of a risk of fire because there is no internal flame like a propane heater has.
In addition to being safer than most other heaters, it is also more energy efficient.
The G73 is powered by electricity, so there is no expensive cost of fuel to consider.
If you are looking for a great heater that will efficiently warm an uncomfortably cold area, then this heater should definitely be something to consider.
It has more than enough power to warm up even the coldest of places, and the Dayton G73 is also very safe.
