- 1). Start a GTA IV new game or resume a saved game. Once in control of Niko, press Up on the directional pad to display the cell phone. Press Up on the directional pad again to reveal the phone's keypad.
- 2). Dial "4825550100" to provide full health, ammunition, and armor to Niko.
- 3). Dial "4865550100" to unlock basic weapons or "4865550150" for advanced weapons
- 4). Dial "2675550100" to remove Niko's wanted level or "2675550150" to add a star to Niko's wanted level.
- 5). Dial "4685550100" to change the weather and brightness in the game.
- 6). Dial "3595550100" to spawn the Annihilator police helicopter.
- 7). Dial "2275550142" to spawn the luxury "Cognoscenti" vehicle, "6255550100" to create the "NRG-900" sport bike, and "2275550175" to spawn the "Comet" exotic sports car.
