Talsma's ATV and Horse Trail Park is along the Missouri River in the midst of rolling hills and captivating wildlife. Despite the public riding trails, the property is a functioning cattle ranch. Unlike many ATV trails that travel deep into woods and valleys, Talsma's ATV Trail Park also soars high into the hills to provide riders with breathtaking panoramic views. The park is family oriented and does not allow the use of tobacco, alcohol, firearms or campfires. Riders are also not permitted to stray from the trails.

The Thunder Ridge MX Park is a pre-designed track that spans 1.7 miles. This South Dakota ATV park is mostly used for racing and practicing rather than recreational riding. ATV riders must share the park with bikers as well. Riders should expect straightaways, hills, sharp curves and thrilling jumps. Thunder Ridge requires riders to follow the MWRA standard safety rules. A set of the rules can be found and downloaded from the company's website and downloads page.
