The second lifestyle change I made was to make sure I was getting enough sleep.
Without proper rest, the body has a hard time healing.
Most of the damage the body takes during the day is healed at night.
The immune system functions far better with the proper amount of quality sleep.
So rather than staying up all night working on projects, I go to bed before midnight to make sure I get my full eight hours of sleep.
I've been much healthier, having only a couple of colds within the past few years; most importantly, I've had no more bouts with BV.
You need to find a solution for yourself.
Every body is unique.
We each live differently and have different patterns of behavior.
Find the patterns that work against you and eliminate them.
Stick to healthy, positive behaviors, and you can live free of Bacterial Vaginosis!
