There are a select bunch of appliances we have in our homes that we expect to last us many years and not replace every year or so. Sometimes this fault can be caused after moving your washing machine to a new place and the supporting springs for the drum have been knocked or detached.

All of these problems to the untrained eye seem to point to the washing machine being broken and time to buy a new one. However, as many of the common faults with washing machines can be repaired with replacement parts or servicing you need not throw your washer on the scrap heap just yet as hiring a technician to look into your problem could be much cheaper than paying for a new washing machine instead.
