Have you ever stopped to ask yourself how happy you are with your life right now? Of course you will find many aspects to being happy.
So, for now, let's start with how you see yourself--I mean physically appear to you as opposed to how others view you.
Look in the mirror.
What do you see? Right now, get up and find a mirror and look in it.
Who is that staring back at you? Is it you? Is it your Mom? Your Dad? Is that person looking into your eyes some kid who should be outside playing or an old person who would do well to sit on the porch rocking back and forth and back and forth and back and forth ad nauseum? Is that person full of life, a get- up-and-go individual who knows no limits on energy, health, or happiness? Is that person someone you would follow anywhere? Be truthful with yourself.
Trust me here.
If you are not truthful with you who can you expect to tell you like it is? Who is it that is always there with you no matter where you go, no matter how weirdly you behave or think? Who is there for you when no one else is around or available? One thing you can count on is that wherever you go you take you along! Well then, since you are such a loyal follower of you, would it not serve you to be best friends with you? Grab a pen and some paper.

As you read each question write down your responses and feelings.
Jot down what immediately comes to mind--no pondering, no thinking it over.
Put pen to paper and write until you have nothing else to say on the subject.
Then read what you wrote.
Take it all in and sit with it.
