"Now let the young woman to whom I say: "Please let down your pitcher that I may drink, and she says: "Drink and I will also give your Camels a drink". Let her be the one you have appointed for your servant Isaac. And by this I will know that you have shown kindness to my Master". Genesis 24:14.

In marriage, God designed it, that a man whose rib was taken, takes the responsibility to search and find this missing rib, in order to be fulfilled. He alone understands himself, and his loneliness, and seeks for a partner who he believes, possess the qualities he is in dare need of. "He who finds a wife". While the man is searching, the woman prepares herself to be found. The truth is that, when a woman usurps the duty of the man, and finds for herself a man, which is usually for the wrong reason, either because of money, fame or lust. The end result is always incompatibility, lack of love, battery and other evil.

The true position is, for you to prepare yourself spiritually - genuine relationship with God; physically - cleanliness, godly dispositions with courteousness, psychologically - Christ controlled in everything and socially - have good conduct in word, association and indeed. Preparation sets you apart to be found.

"Therefore, wash yourself and anoint yourself, put on your best garment and go down to the threshing floor, but do not make yourself known to the man until he has finished eating and drinking. Then it shall be, when he lies down, that you shall notice the place where he lies and you shall go in, uncover his feet and lie down, and he will tell you what you should do". Ruth 3:3 - 4.

The truth is that, everyman searching for a wife always set standards and qualities of the lady they desire. Primarily, there are basic qualities that everyman desires. This is the secret Naomi passed on to her daughter-Inlaw. The same secret, Abraham's servant knew, that he prayed to God to help him.

Naomi revealed the need for physical beauty, cleanliness, chastity and humility. Abraham's servant asked for these qualities; kindness, hospitable, good manner and one with a beautiful countenance, and he got it.

Sometimes, we might be responsible for our not been found, because of certain dispositions and habits. Unlock yourself. And if already in marriage, continue to woo your husband, get better for him day by day, and see your marriage grow.
