Originally, I though apartment living was going to be too expensive for my budget so I used to settle for a tiny apartment where I could barely move around. I thought it was going to have the same cost as living in a hotel luxury suite. Apparently, I was wrong because the downtown Sacramento apartments that I am presently residing in are far from such kind of homes.
Money wise, my downtown Sacramento apartments are apparently more affordable than I originally thought it would be. Despite the fact that it is quite spacious and there are well-equipped amenities, it is nonetheless cheaper than staying in a hotel. Perhaps slightly higher than the cost of my previous home, but definitely within my budget. Also, these rentals are just minutes away from downtown where I could enjoy my cup of Holly's Coffee and meals at the Chevy's, Crawdad's or Ruchi's.
Also, these rentals in Sacramento CA happen to be very accessible homes which I'm really grateful for. It's near Natomas Park so I can easily make my way there to go jogging early morning or take my pet dog there for a walk as well. And should I need to report to work, I need only take the Garden Highway to get to the office. So, it's really hassle-free for me living at these rentals in Sacramento CA whether I want to relax or be busy with work.
Finally, I really enjoy the interesting attractions near my rentals in Sacramento CA. Because Sacramento is an old town, I really enjoy seeing the historic landmarks of the area like the old theatre and its museums too especially the Crocker Art Museum and the Leland Stanford Mansion State Historic Park. Also, I hear the city showcases the performing arts including the classics by the Sacramento Philharmonic Orchestra and the Sacramento Youth Symphony so I'm definitely making plans to see their performances live. As for other things, I hear the town's popular for its numerous surrounding farms as it is most oftentimes called €America's Farm-to-Fork Capital.€ That said, I'm definitely making time to do my grocery shopping at its farmer's market for healthier meals that I intend to make.
With everything said, I am most definitely downright alright with my downtown Sacramento apartments. It's affordable and accessible so I live a better life I never knew was possible. Also, it's location permits me to enjoy a number of town attractions which I'm looking forward to see for myself just as soon as the week comes to a close.
