Host a weekly Q&A.
Set aside one hour each week - on the same day and at the same time - and make yourself available to answer questions from your audience.
Simply post when you are online and ask your fans to leave their questions in the comment section of that post.
You simply respond to as many questions as you can during that hour.
Hold your own Fan Page Friday.
Create an info graphic and host your own Fan Page Friday (FPF).
Simply post the graphic, state the rules and push out to your audience.
As your fans repost your FPF, you'll expose your business to their contacts.
Why is this a good tactic? Birds of a feather flock together.
Chances are your fans are friends with like-minded people who share similar interests.
Give them a reason to visit your website.
If you are trying to gauge how successful you are with your Facebook marketing, create an offer exclusive to your Facebook fans.
Under your fan page banner, Facebook allows you to create links to other pages or websites.
You can link fans to a landing page tied into your company's website to access your Facebook only offer.
This can be free content (a special report, ebook, recorded message) or a introductory-priced product or service.
Take your audience's pulse.
Facebook offers a polling app that you can add to your fan page and post questions and get audience participation on any topic that you are looking for stats around.
Poll is used by more than 100,000 Facebook users, and it's designed to help businesses engage with their fans.
