Did you know you can beat your acne with vinegar? Acne remedies, especially natural ones can be found just about anywhere.
The trouble is most of them seem to be hogwash.
That's the interesting thing about vinegar.
Acne just has a way of disappearing when you add vinegar to the mix.

1- When choosing, make sure you have the right kind of vinegar.
Acne may react positively to several different kinds of vinegar, but the rest of the skin on your face probably won't.
There have been cases of people suffering severe burns on their face, after rubbing plain old vinegar on it.
It's a good idea to water the vinegar down and just test it on a small piece of your skin first.
Leave it for a few days, and if there are no adverse effects, then think about progressing.
2- Use apple cider vinegar both inside and out, to help your body beat the acne.
You can use this as a health tonic, and you can also use a watered-down version of the natural skin cleanser applied directly to the acne.
Vinegar like this is a lot more skin friendly than regular vinegar, but you should still be very cautious when applying it to your skin.
3- Does your partner mind the smell of vinegar? Acne reacts very well to things applied overnight.
So if you intend to apply some apple cider vinegar, acne will generally be better in the morning if you apply the vinegar at night.
Leave it on all night and then wash your face in the morning.
The downside to this is the smell may be left on your pillow! Crazy as it may seem, the solution to your acne problems maybe vinegar.
Acne behaves differently for different people, so be sure to test the vinegar treatments before you use them.
