- 1). Log on to your computer running the Linux operating system.
- 2). Enter "ssh-keygen -t rsa" into the command line and then press the "Enter" key on your keyboard.
- 3). Press the "Enter" key again to accept the default locations for the OCFS2 cluster.
- 4). Enter "~/.ssh/authorized_keys" and then enter the name of each cluster node.
- 5). Enter "$ vncserver" to open the VNC server application and then click the "File" option
from the top toolbar. - 6). Click the "Open" option and then select the OCFS2 cluster file you created. Click the "Open" button.
- 7). Click the "Cluster" option and then click the "Configure Nodes" option. Press the "Enter" key on your keyboard.
- 8). Click the "Add" button from "Task" menu, then enter the name, IP address and port number for each node into the appropriate fields.
- 9). Click the "Propagate" option and then click the "OK" button. The cluster for the OCFS2 file system will then be fully created.
