How to Draw a Leo Sign

    • 1). Draw a large plus sign (+) with the vertical line off-center to the right.

    • 2). Draw a semicircle in the lower-left portion of the grid. Begin and end the line on the horizontal line.

    • 3). Draw a smaller semicircle, oriented in the same fashion, inside the first semicircle.

    • 4). Begin a semicircle in the upper left field, but stop the arch just after you pass the halfway point. Add a complete semicircle beneath it. It should meet and end in the same places as the smaller semicircle in the lower left field, forming a complete circle.

    • 5). Draw a second arch, beginning at the endpoint of the unfinished semicircle. Curve it in an arch to end at the endpoint of the vertical line.

    • 6). Draw a curved line beginning on the horizontal line where the large semicircle in the bottom field ends. Curve the line as if you were going to complete a large arch on top as you did on the bottom. Stop short of doing so and curve the line away to run parallel to the "tail" coming off the circle. The tail section should be as wide as the hollow circle below.

    • 7). Continue both tail lines in the upper right field. Curve them to mirror the curve at the beginning of the tail in the neighboring field. Draw until you reach the horizontal line.

    • 8). Continue the left tail line at a diagonal through the lower-right field into the lower-left field. Continue it through the lower-left field, bringing it back around into the lower right field. It should resemble the shape of a candy cane.

    • 9). Go to the horizontal line and continue the right tail line, maintaining the same width between the lines you have had throughout the drawing. Curve the line to mirror the other's candy cane shape. This line should run to, but not past, the vertical line.

    • 10

Curve the line around to finish the tail end in a curve.

    • 11

      Fill in the shape.

    • 12

Erase any markings of the plus sign which are still visible.
