How to Fight Against Getting Constant Headaches

Constant headaches are really a painful story.
You should not try to combat them, but to take them in your arms.
To getting to know where they come from.
You can do this by using various approaches.
Trying to combat a disease is the best way to have it stick with you.

Whatever you combat, will stick with you because you are thinking in a negative way.

Then give this block the input to dissolve itself.
You pour water on it.
You add some solvent to the water and see that little by little this block is dissolving and little by little your headache is disappearing.
This method requires a certain discipline but is very effective.
You have to constantly ask your mind to stay with the block and the visualization but, if you are able to completely relax yourself, you will have good or even excellent results.
Do it until the headaches have completely gone.
It may be necessary to repeat it over time, but you will be rewarded.
