All of us dream of just doing some simple stomach workouts for say 10 minutes a day and then looking like Brad Pitt and Jennifer Garner by next week.
The truth is it's not that easy.
In fact getting great abs or a flat stomach is one of the hardest things you can do.
The tummy area is where excess fat usually starts to appear first.
And, it's the last place that fat will hold out when all other parts of your body have trimmed down.

Miraculous ab exercise gadgets that only need you to rock to and fro for 10 minutes a day.
Here's a secret -- you know those good-looking models in these ads? Every single one of them work really hard at stomach workouts and dieting to get their abs to look so great.
Does this mean you can definitely get awesome abs by just doing stomach workouts and dieting? Well, yes and no.
Yes, because you need to exercise for sure.
But most people don't realize that the typical exercises everyone does -- sit-ups, crunches, etc -- are actually some of the least effective.
Shocking huh? And how about the mind-numbing repetitive cardio you have to do, like jogging and cycling, to burn off the fat that's hiding your abs.
Again, did you know that these are not the best way to reduce body fat? Finally did you know that almost all the healthy food and diets that are supposed to help may in fact not be very healthy for you?
