ERM 2.0 was presented by Kumar Vidadala, Vice President of Product Management at ProcessWeaver, Inc.
ProcessWeaver's ERM solution offers a comprehensive returns execution process across the enterprise. Organizations will be able to systemically manage the returns process between all partners by monitoring the returns process from receiving the return label to package delivery back to the returns center. Shippers will have the capability to print the RMA label along with the outbound shipment based on business rules to include in the shipment box and/or automatically send a secured e-mail to the customer with a ready-to-use shipping label. This solution provides visibility of inbound returns shipments by RMA number or a return tracking number. It also links the RMA Document to the existing order for tracking purposes.
The event was organized by Gailen Vick, president of the Reverse Logistics Association who opened the speaking sessions along with keynote speaker Doug Schmitt, Vice President of Global Support Services from Dell, Inc.
