If you cannot join a gym then you can do basic abs crunches and sit ups that are very good for your body.
The other thing that you have to be very alert about is your diet.
You have to make sure that you consume food items that are packed with lots of proteins as they are very essential to boost muscle growth.
For many people cutting down on carbohydrates completely also proves very effective in building muscles, so you can also try that.
Apart from this you should totally avoid consuming junk food because it will put all your hard work to waste.
