Very Balanced Rocketbladez Irons Was Different

A year ago i played Ping rapture v2 irons and love them very much. I have a look at the rocketbladez irons a few mounths ago. Actually i think the rocketbladez are more palyable than a lot of game-improvement irons. It was released after the success of the rbz series. Taylormade put the same technology of RBZ to this set. That is the speed pocket.

I have been playing with the RocketBladez for nearly three months now and have zero complaints. Let's start with the technology of this set. The key to the Rocketbladez is the Speed Pocket. It combines with a thin face and "Inverted Cone" for faster ball speeds. Polyurethane in the "Speed Pocket" reduces unwanted vibration. The CG location is 6 percent lower than in cheap TaylorMade RocketBladez Irons. The Rocketbladez feature a much thinner face than the previous RocketBallz irons and a six-percent lower center of gravity that its predecessor.

I also love the appearance of this irons. It belongs to Clean lines give it a pleasing look at address. The offset of the Rocketbladez is noticeable, especially for the long irons, but that was true for all of these clubs. The Rocketbladez feature a much thinner face that the previous RocketBallz irons and a six-percent lower center of gravity that its predecessor. Many guys like them quite a bit better than previous models. The reduced offset on shorter irons flows nicely into the rest of the set. TM did a good job making the topline appear thin enough for my taste, but probably not for the hardcore blade guy.

In terms of distance, the RocketBladez are similar to the taylormade r11 irons, which tend to fly farther than most other irons. The distance behind the irons is also helped by TaylorMade's unique Inverted Cone shape design and a high rate of MOI (Moment of Inertia). Every swing felt like I was firing a cannon off my clubface, much more like a driver than an iron. All told, the bulk of the head's weight is located lower than other irons, meaning the sweet spot and launch angle are all gearing your swing on a much higher launch angle, trajectory and peak.

The feel was different that what I'm used to, even with the softest of soft forged carbon steel irons I've hit in the past. The ball jumps off the face but not uncontrollably so and pleasing short-iron feel. Very good for busting a slice.

Overall, these irons are very balanced irons. All-around performers reward good swings without creating discomfort on the bad ones. Not only are these clubs perfect for mid-handicappers, they have the workability required for scratch golfers as there are a number of pros who play basically the stock version of the club.
