Rather than following the crowd and trying all different kinds of surgery, liposuction, wraps and creams - I'd like to introduce you to a way to reduce cellulite naturally:- 1) I know we would all prefer to drink something other than water, but it is the healthiest drink on the planet.
Your dimples or cottage cheese like appearance could be vastly down to not keeping your body hydrated.
Try and drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to reduce cellulite.
2) Although cellulite isn't a by product of being overweight, it can catch up with you even if you have the most beautiful body.
However, you should look to eat a controlled and balanced diet.
Cut out fats and sugary foods from your diet in a bid to get rid of cellulite naturally.
3) As i mentioned above, you weight may not be an issue, but you should try exercising more to reduce cellulite.
Start off slowly and build yourself up to approximately 20-30 minutes of exercise a day.
The fitter you get, the more your skin will tighten in those hard to spot areas! 4) Massage is a great therapy for cellulite.
Try massaging your skin on your trouble spots with almond oil.
Keep it gentle though as you don't want to damage any of your skin cells.
This will only make your cellulite much worse than it already is.
