They justify this because they bought it at a discount or at a yard sale etc...
These people do not have any Assets.
Middle Class People buy liabilities.
They spend equal to or more than they make.
Half their income goes to paying their liabilities (mortgage, car payment or luxuries).
The other half is spent on new liabilities.
All there income comes from there own effort.
Wealthy People buy Assets.
What are Assets? Stocks, Bonds, Real Estate, Businesses, Education, Passive Income are all Assets.
What do we do with this information now that we have it? Get educated on making your money work for you.
