Monday: Push ups, Lunges, Squats, Pull ups and Burpees.
This should be repeated on Wednesday and Friday.
On Tuesday and Thursday you should be running for 20-45 minutes.
On Saturday and Sunday you should rest and let your muscles grow.
This is all the start to great muscles workout routines.
This is only meant for the first few weeks then you should move onto the more intermediate weeks.
