Yoga Poses To Improve Your Voice

Your voice is one of the most important things.
This is because it's one of the main ways of communication.
Recent research has shown that you can improve your voice through yoga.
Here are some of the beneficial yoga poses.
Fish pose-Matsysana This move aids in opening the throat thus making it easy for you to communicate with those around you.
To engage in the pose you need to begin on your back with your knees bent.
While inhaling, you should lift your pelvis slightly and place your hands under your buttocks.
You should then lower your hips onto your hands and arch your upper back off the mat.
You should then gently drop your head back until the crown of your head rests on the mat.
Finally, you should lengthen the back of your neck to your maximum and hold in this position for 15-30 seconds.
Plough pose-Halasana This move aids in lengthening the back of your neck.
To do the pose you need to lie with your shoulders on a mat or on a blanket and then bend your knees up and move your hands until they are parallel to your sides.
You should then exhale and push your knees off the floor and move your hands above your waist.
Once you feel supported, you should straighten your legs and allow them to fall over your head until your toes touch the floor from behind.
You should maintain in this pose for five minutes.
Upward plank pose-Purvottanasana The move aids in stretching your front body thus bringing your body into harmony with your voice.
You should start in the staff pose then place your hands behind your hips.
You should then exhale and lift your body into an arc using your hands and then carefully drop your head back and hold for 30 seconds.
Lion's pose-Simhasana This is a throat opening exercise.
To assume the pose you need to kneel and cross one of your ankles over the other.
You should then sit on your heels and place your hands on your knees and extend your fingers.
While visualizing your hands as lion's claws, you should inhale through your nose then exhale while opening your mouth and sticking your tongue out.
While exhaling, you should exhale with a 'ha' sound.
You should repeat the move two more times and then change your legs and repeat the same a number of times.
