Be Comfortable With Yourself

When you're comfortable with yourself, then she'll be comfortable with you. It makes it easy to hang out with you and be around you. Then going out with you will become a casual outing (even if it is a date).

The reverse is also true. When you speak with a constipated voice and make speaking with a lady a big deal, then it does become a big deal. She'll become nervous too. Know you're worth it and talk to her as you would with any other friend.

Also, don't go into it expecting that you're going to hook up with her then and there. At the same time, confidence is always sexy and thinking 'this one is mine' is a-ok. The combination of being casual yet flirty will keep the conversation light and easy, yet she'll know that you're interested and reciprocate accordingly if the feelings are mutual. Look into her eyes and laugh when appropriate. These are signals that show you're interested.

If you want to play it cool, you can even rest your chin or your cheek on your hand and look at her.

Be Naturally Helpful

Basically, be a nice, kind person. And make sure it comes from within. Help because you want to, and help anybody you can.

Women love to be cared for and love men that care. They are drawn to the mushy. (There's even a book called Why Men Want Sex and Women Need Love.) When she 'catches' you helping someone, the defences are going to go down. If she catches you a 2nd time, the defences are going to go down further. She would probably be sold on the 3rd incident and would very likely say 'yes' to a 1st date.

At the same time, women are highly attuned to their senses, so don't ever fake it!

Be Encouraging

If she tells you she can't do something, say "Nah, off course you can." Take that same attitude to anybody and everybody you meet. Women are insecure and constantly need affirmation and encouragement. Be her 'pillar of strength' and double your chances of success.

Even if she complains about needing a haircut, suggest something: a bob, a pixie...I guarantee that it will score you points. Suggest earrings, dresses and other accessories. Never mind if your taste is crap. She's not going to listen to you anyway. It's about paying attention to her is all.
