Swaddle Your Baby in Baby Blankets

Babies enjoy sleeping swaddled in baby blankets! I know this may seem hard to believe, but it's true. It reminds their mother's womb and about the times they spent being there. It offers them a warm feeling of protection. The open spaces they find themselves in now tend to get a little bit frightening. Also, if you swaddle them in baby blankets, they will be getting a good night sleep and so will you.

I will show you in this post a great and easy way you can swaddle your baby in a baby blanket.

  1. First, you have to lay the blanket on the bed or a table. Make sure it has the appropriate size for your child.

  2. Make the blanket a triangle by folding one of the corners to the opposite one.

  3. Now place the baby in the center of the blanket with his shoulders at the same level with the triangle's edges.

  4. Once the baby is on the blanket, hold his left arm close to the body. Pull the blanket's right side over little one and tuck it under him. Don't forget that his right arm should remain free.

  5. The next step is to fold the point of the triangle over the baby's feet. Also, make sure that he is in a comfortable position.

  6. It is time to fold the left side of the blanket over the baby's body. First, keep in mind that his right arm should now be close to the body! Again, tuck the folded side under him.

  7. For the big finale, re-assure that the blanket is tucked well and it won't unfold if the baby tries to move and that he is comfortable.

There you have it. This is by far the easiest method to swaddle a baby in a baby blanket. I remind you that it will offer him comfort for the whole night and you will be getting some good night sleep.
