- 1). Sign up for a trading account with a broker that offers the buying and selling of pink sheet stocks. Typically this is only online discount brokerages, such as Zecco, E*Trade, Scottrade and Charles Schwab. To sign up, you need your name, address, date of birth, Social Security number and checking account details.
- 2). Fund your trading account by initiating a transfer from your checking account to your trading account. You must be logged into your online trading account to do the transfer. Typically this takes between two and five days before you can actually use the funds to buy shares of stock.
- 3). Initiate a buy of ACII in your online trading account. Enter in the number of share you want to purchase and click on "Buy." Usually you can use all of the money in your account with the exception of the transaction fee amount. For instance, Zecco charges $4.50 for a transaction, which means that if you have $54.40 in your account only $50 can be used for a stock purchase. Fees for buying stock vary by brokerage site.
- 4). Update your order status on the screen, or watch your email inbox, to get confirmation that the purchase was completed. Once you have this, you officially own shares of ACII stock.
