But generally, only the 'Most Wanted' end up with a picture being hoisted up for the public's view.
Unfortunately, we've become a society that doesn't show disdain for the deadbeat dads, but instead, makes fun of the mother who is fighting for her children's rightful support, and accusing her of being a 'Jerry Springer Guest.
