P90X - Not Just For Rockstars!

P90X, how cool is that?! I feel closer to my inner rock star already! I have had P90X for quite some time now and love it.
It is a great home workout program because it delivers results and you don't get bored! It was created by Tony Horton and works on the idea of "muscle confusion".
When you do the same workout day in and day out not only do you get burned out but your muscles start adapting (which means no changing).
How many times have you started a program, saw results, then all of a sudden it didn't matter how hard you worked out you just couldn't get past a plateau? Well, P90X changes all of that.
Since you are always switching your workouts your body doesn't know what is going on which is exactly what you want! Muscle confusion = change in muscles! Don't think you can do it? Think again! Tony Horton is a great motivator and explains correct form as well as how to modify each exercise for your fitness level.
If you are just starting out, there is somebody showing that modification.
Been working out for most of your natural life? There's a guy for you to watch as well! There are both men and women in the videos who are all just "normal" people that went through the test group and got amazing results! This is a program designed to be used for 90 days, however, since you can modify each routine, you can go back and use this program again and again improving each time.
Trust me when I say you will start to love these workouts!
