We all want to have a well-toned body, something that we can be proud of.
Well, the problem is we all stop at the act of thinking about having one.
Rather than doing something about what we want, we just tend to eat away and do nothing and just continue on admiring people with great bodies.

Yes, there are some people who use it for instant effect, but in the end it will do you no good.
