Every year, Navaratri marks 9 days of celebration. You let the music and your feet do all the talking with garbaraas and dandiyaraas. And the environment across the nation is positive, peppy and full of energy. The same holds true for Bollywood celebrities. As many of them took to microblogging site to share their wishes and thoughts. This is what they shared:

Apart from sharing thoughts and wishing fans of Twitter, several celebrities were seen having a gala time celebrating Navratri.
The Mardaani actress, Rani Mukerji, was present at the Durga Puja pandal to seek blessing of Goddess Durga during the Navratri special celebrations. Clad in a bright red saree with traditional bangles, the Bollywood celebrity was all geared up for the festive season. She is one among the B-Town celebrity who makes it a point to seek divine intervention every year. Without fail, she has been visiting Durga Puja pandal during the auspicious Navratri celebrations.
Another B-Town celeb who enjoyed Navratri 2014 was Sushmita Sen. This Bong beauty might have been missing from the silver screen for some time now. But, is regularly spotted at various events. The former Miss Universe celebrated Navratri with her daughter Alisah.
She looked stunning in her festive avatar wearing a traditional red and creme saree. While visting the Durga Puja pandal, she interacted with the media and posed for the shutterbugs. Later she distributed 'prasad' among the media persons. She too celebrates Navratri seeking Goddess Durga's blessing each year, without fail.
The National Award-winning actress, Vidya Balan, has always stated that the city of Kolkata is her second home. And to celebrate Navratri every year, she visits the city dedicatedly.
In a recent interview she said, "I somehow make it to Kolkata during Durga Puja every year. I have always said that Kolkata is my second home."
She recalled her memories of the festival while shooting for Kahaani. Vidya further added, "I had seen it very closely that time as it (Kahaani) was shot during the Pujas. I remember feeling very sad at the time of immersion of the idol."
