Fitness model, Muscle Nutrition ambassador, Lorna Jane team member and mother of one Angie Moore lets PRET-A-SPORTER in on her secrets to looking good €" and staying healthy.
PAS: You're in great shape, what is your secret to looking so fit?
A: I move my body every single day, whether it be my regular morning walk with my beagle, Alfie, or my weight training session, or an afternoon walk on the beach with my daughter and partner; there is never a day where I don't do at least one of these.
PAS: What type of exercise do you do?
A: I walk every morning with my beagle, for up to an hour. I do heavy weight workouts over 5 days of the week, splitting my days into separate body parts (eg, Monday glutes/abs)
PAS: Finish the following sentence: €my fridge is€¦..'
A: Refilled every day with fresh vegetables and protein, and the odd piece of dark chocolate (the one little treat I allow myself regularly!)
PAS: My kitchen specialty is€¦€¦..(favourite healthy recipe?)
A: Turkey Patties! 500g Lean turkey mince, cup of oats, 2 Grated zucchini, 3 egg whites with one yolk, chopped spring onions€¦.mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper and cook in a non stick pan with a little coconut oil. Perfect served with a salad or quick stirfry of asparagus, carrot, broccoli and cauliflower sprinkled with sesame seeds. For people who like sauces, Braggs Amino Acids is delicious with these patties€¦its a great alternative to €regular' soy sauce, filled with nutrients and can be purchased at most health food stores.
PAS: What does your typical daily diet consist of?
A: I am eating constantly to keep my metabolism working, especially leading up to comp season€¦I have 6 meals a day, with the first one straight after my morning walk, and my last just before bedtime
PAS: Do you take any supplements?
A: I am a strong believer in supplements €" my body responds really well to them. I like to use a product such as DFine 8 or Rip Cuts as a pre workout thermogenic fat burner before my morning walk and usually before my leg and back workouts.
PAS: What are your favourite pieces this season?

They're the best sneakers around; I have more than one pair! PAS: Any special diet tips for maintaining a healthy shape?
A: It's actually very simple to maintain your shape, as long as you have the willpower and determination! Eating clean food regularly to keep the metabolism ticking over, mixed with daily exercise is really the only answer. I prefer to not call it a diet, it has to become a lifestyle€¦diets come and go €" a lifestyle is yours for life!
PAS: You're nearly €fabulous 40€ €" what are your top three anti-aging/staying healthy tips?
A: I truly believe that what you fuel your body with shows on the outside! Clean food, clean body. Sunscreen is a must in the Aussie climate and spray tans are awesome for giving you that glow that even the sun can't. Moving your body every day keeps it young, and drinking as much water as you can, keeps our joints lubricated and our skin youthful.
