There are many "build muscle" programs out there.
But before you follow any of them you should have a basic knowledge of what a solid program should be.
This way you don't blindly go into any program and get exactly what you pay for and sometimes more.
Let's get started.
A build muscle program should cover three major topics and provide you with resources to really excel in those three areas (topics).
After all your goal for selecting a muscle building program is to-you guessed it-build muscle as quickly as you can.
Building muscle basically consists of: 1.
The Workout 2.
The Nutrition Plan 3.
The Resting A good program should be able to offer you effective workout routines that will help you reach your goal of building muscle, a solid nutrition plan and options, and advice on rest, supplements, and recovery.
Furthermore, it should let you know the principles behind all its components.
Why the plans are created the way they are? Why is the nutrition plan set up in that way? You should have questions like this answered by a good program.
Knowledge is power.
I would not recommend blindly following any plan without knowing the "why's".
From personal experience, I know that when I followed a plan blindly, I usually ended up wasting my time in the end.
By knowing the "why's", you can not only judge if the program is indeed effective, but also create your own program in the future if you please.
No one workout routine or program will help you make the best gains you ever had but an effective program, and there are a few out there, can give you the knowledge you need to build muscle quickly now and for the long term.
Keep that in mind fellow bodybuilder when you are searching for that perfect muscle building program!
