Newborn Care - 4 Tips For First Time Parents

Here are 4 tips for first time parents on how to care of their baby: 1.
Your baby should still be given plenty of milk even while eating solid food until he reaches the age of one.
Your doctor will be the one to tell you how much food and milk intake he should have.
After all, his check-ups will be regular till he reaches that age.
2.
A baby between zero to 3 months old should have a 12 to 15 hours sleep daily.
This includes his naps and his sleeps during night time.
Less than his prescribed amounts of sleep may hinder his growth or leave him weak.
Make sure he gets peace and quietness while sleeping so as not to be disturbed and have enough sleep.
3.
After the age of 3 months, a baby would already have developed a regular pattern for sleeping and may already have stopped having night feedings.
If you are not yet happy with his sleeping habits however, you may do some sleep training.
If you find that along the training he seems to still be unprepared, stop the training and try it again after a couple of weeks.
4.
Between 3 to 6 months, it would be normal for babies to sleep through the night, for five to six hours usually.
This will give you more time to also sleep since his pattern of sleeping is slowly turning normal.
You will have more hours of sleep before you will have to feed him his formula.
