When U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidson announced last December that, €Evidence of hate crimes will be vigorously investigated and prosecuted with the assistance of all our partners to the fullest extent of the law,€ there was a glimmer of hope that Attorney General Eric Holder's Department of Justice was finally taking action against the very popular, black €knockout game€ epidemic which has been sweeping the nation with bloody, sometimes fatal, consequences.

Anyone who thought that Holder would bother himself or the DoJ with black crime in America must be fatally nave.

Magidson wasn't referencing black hate crimes but rather the rare instance of a stupid white man trying to join in €playing€ the black €knockout game€ by unconscionably assaulting an elderly black man.

(Americans should be aware by now that, in Holder's racist world, white crime=bad, black crime=not so bad.)

Demonstrating he knew well the protocols of the €game,€ Conrad Alvin Barrett followed them to a €T€ by cold-cocking his defenseless victim, breaking his jaw, laughing and yelling €knockout€ as he attacked him, videotaping the senseless attack, and later sharing it all with his buddies.

Barrett's attorney claimed his client suffers from bipolar disorder and was off his meds at the time but Barrett still faces a possible $250,000 fine and ten years in prison for his €knockout€ hate crime. (

Coincidentally, Barrett's potential sentence - minus the fine - is identical to that meted out to 18 year old Jesse Smithers by a Stearns County, Minnesotta judge who sentenced 18-year-old Jesse Smithers to 10 years in prison after Smithers admitted to killing 20 year old Colton Gleason in St. Cloud in 2012.

Young Gleason had made the grave mistake of walking with friends one night when a car pulled up next to them and, with no provocation, Smithers got out, punched him, causing him to fall, hit his head, and die.

Smithers, who initially had pleaded not guilty then changed his plea to 2nd-degree murder, apologized for what he characterized as a €complete accident.€ But Colton's mother and father strongly disputed that absurd claim. His father, John Gleason, said, €This group was out there and their intentions were very clear. This is unprovoked. They stopped and they saw someone they thought they could victimize. Colton didn't have a chance to even turn and defend himself.€

John Gleason, made a valid point in saying, €We've been given a life sentence by this cowardice attack and murder of our son. He'll serve very few short years and he'll be back out again, and our son is gone forever.€ He added that his son was the victim of the deadly €knockout game€ when Smithers €blind-sided punched him.€

In yet another recent incident, a disabled American veteran was accosted by a group of black teens on a Cleveland bus. For no reason, they surrounded him, shouting at him, and assaulted him and, following the €knockout game€ unwritten protocol, they videotaped everything they could.

Matthew Robinson, a disabled vet attending college, was riding Cleveland's RTA Healthline bus when he was approached by a black mob screaming, €Knock this white boy out€ and hurling the racial slur €cracker€ at him.

Realizing six or eight against one were unwinnable odds, Robinson exited the bus but the mob followed him and physically assaulted and robbed him. Three suspects - Kenneth Matthews, Ronald Reid Williams and an unidentified 16-year-old girl who filmed the attack and still had the video in her possession - have now been arrested.

Robinson rightly believes that, €no one should have to deal with that type of racism and ridicule€ and reasonably contends that such assaults should result in heavier sentences, arguing, €I think there should be jail time for an assault. I mean, who's to say that, you know, your mother or your sister couldn't be on the bus and the same thing could happen there.€

The black €knockout game,€ obviously, is no more a game than lynching blacks in the nineteenth century constituted a game.

However, ever since Barack Hussein Obama ascended to the presidency in 2009 and he, Eric Holder, and the entire Obama administration made it eminently clear that it was payback time for African-Americans, time to get even for slavery and other ancient social evils, many blacks have interpreted the new rules to mean they now have the absolute right to wreak vengeance on white people who never committed any of those evils.

€Knockout games€ are nothing more or less than a manifestation of blacks exercising what they believe is an entitlement, if not a duty.

America's ongoing madness of ignoring and mitigating black terror, of allowing a minority to violently intimidate the majority, of permitting members of any race to knock out and maim members of another race just for the jollies, is just one more example of our nation's moral disintegration.
