Even though you want to build muscle fast, there's simply nothing that works as well as good old-fashioned hard work.
You don't need to take a lot of pills or drugs to get the body that you want.
You simply need to create an exercise schedule designed to help you build muscle fast.
First, determine what type of body you currently have.
Are you the super-skinny type that wants to bulk up? Or are you a bit on the chubby side and want to slim down as you build muscle.
If you are a bit overweight, then you're going to have to work to lose fat as you build your muscles.
It doesn't matter how much muscle you build, if you have a layer of fat over it, people won't be able to see the muscle definition that you've worked so hard to build.
Once you're ready to start building muscle, hit the gym and head to the weights.
You need to lift weights if you want to build muscle.
If you want to build muscle fast, then your goal should be to make improvements every time you go to the gym.
How can you improve each time? The first time you go, make a note of what weight you used for each exercise and how many reps you were able to do.
The next time you go to the gym, you should try to either increase the number of weights or increase the weight that you use.
Most people say that if you want to bulk up, you should aim for a higher weight with lower reps.
You should still do 6-8 reps though.
Once you hit 10 reps easily, switch to a higher weight.
When you first switch to a higher weight, you may only be able to do 4 reps.
Simply do your best and increase the number of reps the next time you go to the gym.
