- 1). Locate the air filter on your snow blower. The air filter is usually rectangular shaped and is positioned on top the carburetor.
- 2). Remove the screw at the center of the filter box using a standard screwdriver. Lift off the top of the box once the screw has been completely removed.
- 3). Pull out the old filter using your hand. Fit the new filter made for your brand and model of snow blower into the filter box. Ensure that the filter sits in the box evenly and is not bent or wrinkled.
- 4). Replace the filter box top and reattach the screw by turning it clockwise until it is snug.
