This is one of the oldest forms of exercising the penis and is still an important part of any routine.
If done correctly, stretching is designed to increase the length of your penis.
Here are the instructions for beginner penis stretches.
How To Do Penis Stretching Exercises
- As with any exercise program, it is important that you warm up before the actual exercising.
To warm up your penis, use a wash cloth or small hand towel and soak it in hot water.
(It should be plenty hot, but do not get it so hot that it burns your penis.
) Then take the towel and wrap it around your entire penis and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes. - After warm up, you can do these exercises standing up or sitting down, whichever way is more comfortable for you.
- Make sure your penis is in a flaccid (soft) state.
(There are some exercises that can be done while you are hard, but these are for more advanced users.
If you are just beginning, then do these while flaccid for at least 3 to 6 months.
After that if you are ready, you may go on to more advanced stretching exercises and begin increasing the intensity of your stretches.
) - A soft fabric or baby powder can be used to aid in stretching if desired.
If not you can just use your bare hands. - Grip your penis behind the head (be sure not to grab the head itself) and gently pull downward.
Hold this position for 30 seconds.
If you feel pain, you may be pulling too hard. - Next do the same thing except pull your penis to the right and hold for 30 seconds.
Repeat by pulling your penis to the left, up and then straight out holding each stretch for 30 seconds.
This is all normal and it means that you have done some good.
However some men do not feel anything and this is okay too.
Just be sure that you do not feel any pain while doing these exercises.
If you do, stop immediately.
After you do these for a period of time, you can go on to more high intensity stretching routines.
Just be sure that you don't advance before you're ready.
Stretching is an important part of any penile enhancement routine, so if you haven't already, you may want to add this to your exercise regimen.
