How to Do the Secret Six Pack Abs Exercises Let's get down to the workouts straight away.
- Rest your elbows on the catch pillows with both the palms facing up and come to the plank position.
- Lift your left leg up slowly and return it to the ground softly and repeat it with right leg and get back to the original static plank position.
Have two reps of this. - Now, from static plank position, resting on your left palm, rotate your body and right arm in tandem towards right until the face of the chest and the right arm are vertically straight.
Return to the original static plank position.
Have two reps of this too. - Repeat the step two and three above and have as many numbers of combined steps as possible for 3-5 minutes.
