Six Pack Abs - What to Do

It's almost spring time, and that means summer is on it's way.
That means we all are looking to get abs fast.
We want that tight midsection for showing off at the beach or the pool.
With these simple steps you can have those six pack abs before you know it.
The first step is the work out.
You should be working out at least 4 times per week.
With this work out you will want to be doing cardio and strength training.
The cardio will get the heart rate up and lose the unwanted pounds and with the strength you will get the rock hard abs you want.
Try doing some incline crunches, these will help your abs get tight.
Try to stay away from doing traditional sit-ups.
These are actually bad for you.
They put excess stress on your back and neck.
Some good exercises to do are ones with an exercise ball.
These are easy to do at home.
One good exercise with the exercise ball is the bridge.
You put your ankles on the ball and your hands on the ground.
Hold that for 30 seconds.
The stronger you get the longer you can hold it.
The next important part to getting abs fast is the six pack diet.
You will want to follow a good diet to lose the pounds and shape your body.
Lower your calories by around 500-750 calories per day.
Drink lots of water, and eat very healthy.
Make sure you diet as well as work out.
You need to do both to get the results your looking for.
