What is the one thing they would like more than anything else? Yes, you got it, big biceps and bit triceps.
These are the muscles that everyone likes to work...
the main reason for this is that these are the show off muscles.
They are the ones that you can see in the mirror and they are the ones that catch the eye of the opposite sex.
To get these muscles big you will obviously need to do exercise.
You will be asking 'how often'.
Well lets start with two bicep and tricep workouts a week, anymore than this and you may not have enough time to rest your muscles.
Do not forget that these muscles are going to be worked in all your other workouts.
In your back workouts your biceps will play a massive part, especially in exercises such as pullups and seated rows.
In your chest and shoulder workouts the tricep plays a huge part in simply just assisting the main muscles.
Exercises such as chest press and shoulder press will involve the tricep.
I advise that you do the following things.
Make sure you eat lots of meat food if you want big arms.
Chicken and beef are great examples of protein that will help to build those muscles just like you want.
Have at least four protein meals a day including shakes.
Also make sure that you do at least 8 sets on the bicep and 8 sets on the tricep.
Do not over do it, rest is needed to help repair the arms.
Doing biceps and triceps every day will only rip the muscle and eventually cause a decrease in the size of arms.
Also try and change the reps you lift every 4-6 weeks to keep the muscles guessing.
