The Sheraton-Hanoi is the first hotel in Vietnam to be provided with this certification, which has helped it to become a "green" destination for tourists coming to Hanoi to observe the 1000th anniversary of the capital city.
Currently, only seven hotels in the world have received the ISO 14001:2004 certification from TUV Rheinland.
